Material of construction

The meterial of construction is specially selected depending on the specific application. Polypropylene for clear fluids upto 80o temp. Glass filled polypropylene (GFP) having good resistance to corrosion is used for fluids having suspended parities and can handle acids, Alkallies, effluents, solvents, fluids containing suspended particles slurry etc.,

Impeller
The wetted components of the pump viz, casing, impeller, back cover, made in polypropylene ensure the highest corrosion resistance and stability. The shaft sleeve are offered in ceramic, (99.5% AI – oxide) hastalloy, SS – 316, FRP titanium, etc., To suit various application.

Mechanical Seal
These Externally mounted seals are available in a variety of materials like carbon vs. Ceramic, silicon vs ceramic. They are idelly suited for liquid with effluent, sludge, or particles. The seal is designed such that no metallic part comes in contact with the liquid that is to be sealted.
